Follow these tips to ensure a successful deposit through eAccounts:

Tip 1: Make sure the address information you enter matches what your financial institution (bank or credit card company) has on file.  This may be your permanent home address or your campus address.

Tip 2: Leave out numbered streets, hyphens, and city/state in the billing information section; you may need to remove apartment number as well if your deposit is rejected

Tip 3: Refer to banking information for your postal code type (5 digit vs. zip plus 4)
