Mobile DukeCard: Bringing Duke to You

Your DukeCard is your official ID for Duke University and is your key to campus!

Your DukeCard provides access to everything from campus academic and administrative buildings to residence halls. With your DukeCard, you'll be able to use your DukeCard FLEX account at campus dining facilities, and stores - virtually eliminating the need to carry cash on campus.

The University office supports faculty, staff, students, and sponsored guests directly affiliated with the university.

We are open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM.

The DukeCard Service Center office supports faculty, staff, students, and sponsored guests directly affiliated with the health system.

We are open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM.

Did you get a new phone?

Before you can add your Mobile DukeCard to your new device, you have to remove it from your old one.

Apple Users: click here and follow the first FAQ instructions

Android User: Please email dukecard@duke.edu and let us know you have a new Android device and to please remove your Mobile DukeCard from your old one. Please include your name and unique ID number.
