Mobile DukeCard: Bringing Duke to You

Your DukeCard is your official ID for Duke University and is your key to campus!

Your DukeCard provides access to everything from campus academic and administrative buildings to residence halls. With your DukeCard, you'll be able to use your DukeCard FLEX account at campus dining facilities, stores, and vending machines - virtually eliminating the need to carry cash on campus.

The University office supports faculty, staff, students, and sponsored guests directly affiliated with the university.

We are open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM.

The Medical Center office supports faculty, staff, students, and sponsored guests directly affiliated with the health system.

Need a Quick Way to Report Reader Issues?

When you are on the run, you need an easy way to report problems with wireless door readers and vending machines. DukeCard is rolling out a new app called Reader Issue Reporter. Simply open the app on your mobile device and enter the six-digit code on the reader label to get help! If you can't find the code, you can search for the reader by building. Need help?
