Your DukeCard on your Apple or Android Mobile Device

You can add your DukeCard to your Android or Apple mobile device. Check the Mobile DukeCard page for more information.

ePrint

The ePrint system enables faculty and staff to print from computers and devices to hundreds of print stations throughout campus. Please see the ePrint website for more details.

FLEX Account Payroll Deductions

Duke University and Duke Health employees can deduct funds from their paycheck and have those funds added to the FLEX account associated with their DukeCard. Through the Duke@Work My Pay Tab employees can:

  • Establish a one-time or recurring deduction
  • Change previously established deductions
  • End previously established deductions

FLEX Account Statements

You can get your FLEX account statements online through the eAccounts portal or on the eAccounts mobile app.

Recreation Centers

Your DukeCard allows you to access the Recreation Centers on East and West Campus as long as you have been billed for the membership. Please see the rec center website for further details, Duke Rec Center.

Improper Use

If you see anyone propping a door open, abusing a DukeCard reader, or using someone else's card, please notify Duke Police at (919) 684-2444.

Only the person pictured on the DukeCard or Mobile DukeCard is authorized to use that card to make purchases or conduct business. Furthermore, your DukeCard is not transferable from one person to another. You may only use the Mobile DukeCard on your own personal device. It is not transferable from one device to another.

MOBILE DUKECARD TASKS

  1. Once your hiring process is completed, and you are shown to be an employee in the Duke Directory
  2. Install Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) 
  3. Submit your DukeCard Photo as soon as possible and wait for an approval email. 
  4. Install Transact eAccounts for your Mobile DukeCard 
    1. Your device will need to have the OS up to date and, for Apple users, you will need to have all your Apple ID suggestions (the red bullets) completed in settings.
    2. Follow the on-screen instructions to add your Mobile DukeCard to your device wallet.
    3. You should see your photo and your Mobile DukeCard once fully complete.
  5. Set your DukeCard PIN
