Yes, you must present a valid government-issued picture ID to receive your DukeCard.
No, your DukeCard is your responsibility. You will have to show identification and sign for the card when you pick it up. Medical center/health system employee direct managers and/or HR reps may request and pick up DukeCards.
IMMEDIATELY go to eAccounts to deactivate your card or mobile device or contact the DukeCard Office. You can call also contact the DukeCard Office to reactivate your DukeCard or mobile device but you must set up challenge/response questions and answers to use this option. You are responsible for all unauthorized charges.
Yes. All DukeCard holders are charged a fee if their DukeCard is lost or stolen.
Log into eAccounts to reactivate your currently suspended primary DukeCard or mobile device. You can call the DukeCard Office to reactivate your DukeCard or mobile device but you must set up challenge/response questions and answers to use this option. If you do not have challenge/response questions and answers set, visit oit.duke.edu/selfservice to create your questions and answers. If you can't set up challenge/response questions and answers, you will need to bring your currently suspended primary deactivated card to the DukeCard Office to reactivate it.
