We hope you have been safe during these challenging times. COVID-19 has affected our normal way of life. In response, the DukeCard Office has put into place new policies and procedures to keep everyone as safe as possible.
DukeCard Requests Move Online
To avoid contact with pens and paper forms, please download the DukeCard request form on our website. This form must be completed prior to arriving at the office. The form can be emailed to email@example.com or the DukeCard recipient can bring the form to the office when they visit.
Online Photo Submission Now Required
All students, faculty and staff (anyone with a NetID) are required to submit their photo online. We have added a short photo submission video to our website for more information.
For replacement DukeCards, we will use the photo on file to reissue the card. A valid photo ID is only required with the issuance of the first DukeCard.
Universitiy DukeCard Office Open by Appointment Only
The University DukeCard Office is open by appointment only. Click here to schedule an appointment to visit our office. When you arrive, you will be asked to wait in a designated area outside the office until you are admitted by a staff person. Please note you will be required to wear a mask during your visit to receive service.
Changes to DukeCard Payments
The DukeCard Office will no longer accept cash or checks as a form of payment. Acceptable forms of payment are debit, credit, Flex, Bursar (students only) and fund codes.
Thank you all for continuing to partner with DukeCard as we all adapt to these changes. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the DukeCard Office. Stay safe and we look forward to seeing you soon on campus.
