Duke students may request a Duke Voter ID card which will be accepted as a means of photo identification for voting in North Carolina in 2020. The Duke Voter ID is not required to vote and other forms of identification will be accepted. Visit the Duke Votes website for voting-related information. Go to the Duke Votes page, then click on the survey link to request a Duke Voter ID. You will need to enter your Duke email and Duke Unique ID number.
You do not need to submit a new photo for your Duke Voter ID. Your Duke Voter ID will display the same picture used on your DukeCard. You must have a photo in the DukeCard system to obtain a Duke Voter ID.
