Duke Temporary Services
ID badges for Duke Temporary Services are issued through the DukeCard Office in the Medical Center. However, they are special IDs for Temporary Services, not the DukeCard. To get an ID badge, new or replacement, temporary employees must have paperwork from Duke Temporary Services. This form has the expiration date for your ID as well as the information we need in order to bill Duke Temporary Services for the price of the card.  For more information please contact Duke Temporary Services at 286-4889.

Clergy IDs
The Medical Center Traffic & Parking Office offers a special Clergy ID which is available from the DukeCard Office-Medical Center. The Clergy ID allows its user free parking in any of the pay lots at DUMC. Only ordained or licensed clergy members who are not in any way affiliated with Duke are eligible to purchase the Clergy ID. There is a $5 fee for the Clergy ID and it is good for one year from the date of purchase. For more information please contact DUMC Traffic & Parking at 684-5773.

Volunteer IDs
Volunteer IDs are available through the DukeCard Office-Medical Center. All volunteer badges require paperwork from Hospital Auxiliary. For more information please contact Hospital Auxiliary at 684-3646

Construction  Worker IDs
Contract workers performing construction at Duke University Medical Center need to have a C.W. ID badge.  In order to get a C.W. ID paperwork from Medical Center Engineering & Operations is required. For more information contact them at 684-4004.
