Door Access Requests
If you do not have a valid Duke NetID and password you will be unable to submit this form. If you do not have a NetID, please call the DukeCard Office at 919-684-5800. Your call will be answered or routed appropriately. You may also visit the DukeCard office. See the home page of this site for office hours and locations. If you are locked out of a residential building, you should visit the Link for a temporary replacement card or call RLHS Dean on-Call for assistance.
To report a door problem (urgent requests answered around the clock):
1. To report a door not operating as intended for an approved event scheduled through the 25Live system (Report may be initiated only by an instructor or an event organizer in possession of a valid 25Live "event reference number.")
2. To request that a door be locked or unlocked as soon as possible (Door lock requests may be initiated by any member of the Duke community. Door unlock requests may be initiated for scheduled, approved campus events or by an authorized building contact; all exterior door unlock requests require building contact approval.)
To initiate a routine change to door schedule or access rights (requests processed during normal business hours):

5. To request a change in an individual's card-controlled access (Request may be initiated only by authorized building contacts; others must make their requests through an Authorized Access Requester.)
